Claire Friedemann

Claire is a full time DPhil student at Green Templeton College and joined the department of Primary Health Care in 2010. Her research, under the supervision of Dr Carl Heneghan and Dr Alison Ward, will be exploring the risk markers of cardiovascular disease in obese school age children and how government policy is formed to combat these, although nothing is set in stone yet!

Claire holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Philosophy from Oxford Brookes University and an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Surrey which she completed in September 2010.
