Lindsay's main research interests are smoking cessation and prevention. In addition to supporting authors who undertake reviews for the Tobacco Addiction module of the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews she is a lead author on thirteen published reviews which are regularly updated. She has recently completed a review of relapse prevention interventions in smoking cessation and is working on a review of interventions to reduce harm from continued tobacco use.
